Velvet Operations LLC operates a free lead-matching platform that connects consumers planning a residential or commercial move with vetted moving companies and brokers in our network. We are not a moving company. We do not own trucks, employ movers, or perform moving services ourselves. Moving services, contracts, quotes, and transportation of household goods are provided exclusively by independently licensed third-party movers and brokers in our network.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all forms and submissions
Not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or spam inquiries
Not submit information on behalf of another person without their explicit authorization
Not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service
Not use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Service
Not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

5. No Guarantee of Service

While we strive to route requests only to vetted moving partners, we do not guarantee the availability, pricing, quality, reliability, or timeliness of any moving service provider in our network. All agreements for moving services are solely between you and the moving company. Velvet Operations LLC is not a party to any such contract and assumes no responsibility for the performance, conduct, pricing, or compliance of any mover or broker.

6. Quotes and Pricing

Any cost estimates or price ranges displayed on the Service are for informational purposes only, based on historical data and averages. They do not constitute a binding quote or offer. Actual moving costs will be determined by the moving company you select and may vary based on the specifics of your move, including weight, distance, services required, and timing.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may connect you with third-party moving companies and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

By submitting a quote request through the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you are providing prior express written consent for Velvet Operations LLC and the vetted moving partner it routes your request to to contact you in accordance with the disclosure shown on the lead form and with our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this consent at any time by visiting wemoveeverywhere.com/opt-out, replying STOP to any text message, or clicking unsubscribe in any email.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Velvet Operations LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velvet Operations LLC, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, or any moving services arranged through the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Velvet Operations LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis; class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
